Chapter 120, Florida Statutes

and the Administrative Law Section of The Florida Bar

 

This lunchtime webinar will provide a review of the standing that must be demonstrated under the state’s Administrative Procedure Act necessary to invoke hearing procedures, challenge the validity of administrative rules, and seek judicial review of agency action, including an examination of associational standing and case law developments since Agrico Chemical Company v. Department of Environmental Regulation.
