         The Code and Rules of Evidence Committee is undertaking a comprehensive review of Chapter 90. The Committee is actively seeking input and guidance from judges, law professors and practitioners regarding how the Code and Rules of Evidence can be improved. Should anyone become aware of circumstances in which the amendment of a rule would improve the functioning of Chapter 90, please set forth the problem encountered and the specific language to be included or deleted, and send the information to
