If you're not on the list, you're missing out! The Section listserv is an internet mailing list used to keep members informed of section activities.  We also use the listserv to discuss recent case decisions and legislative activities.  For those concerned about receiving bothersome messages, please know that we average only ten messages per month and the listserv is equipped with an editing function to weed out extraneous messages. Visit the section's website, www.eluls.org, or e-mail me at jrichards@whitecase.com to join the listserv.

     Don't forget to visit the section's website for a wealth of section information. You can view current and back issues of the Section Reporter, get information about CLE publications or find out what your Executive Council is up to.  Remember the links page is a launching pad to environmental law sites on the web.  We recently upgraded the page to add many new links according to key subject matter categories.
