The participation on the section’s internet mailing list, a.k.a listserv, continues to grow. We appreciate everyone’s participation on the listserv and would encourage each subscriber to share with the list recent developments regarding environmental and land use law. For those of you who are not on the list, you are missing out on recent case updates as well as bi-weekly legislative reports on happenings in Tallahassee, as well as announcements regarding upcoming section CLE programs and activities. Those on the list also get early notifications of updates and postings on the Section’s website. Often times the Section Reporter is posted on the website well before you receive the hard copy via snail mail. To join the list, sign up at the next section-sponsored CLE program or visit our website at www.eluls.org.

     Additionally, traffic on the section’s website continues to grow as more and more section members discover the benefits of logging on to www.eluls.org.  Not only can you use the website as a launching pad to research regarding numerous topics related to environmental and land use law, but you can also learn of upcoming section programs and other activities. We would also encourage you to help us make the website better serve you.  If you could suggest links or other additions to the site, please send us your comments by clicking on the suggestion box on the opening page of the website.
